365 is the largest mass media company in Iceland; a service company in the fields of television and radio broadcasting and publication of newspapers and periodicals. The company operates six television channels, five radio stations, one newspaper and five periodicals.

365 operates six television stations and five radio stations. Stöð 2, which first went on the air in 1986, is the oldest and largest privately owned subscription station in the country and broadcasts a variety of top quality entertainment twenty-four hours a day. The Company’s television channels are enjoying increasing popularity and in the last half-year the number of subscribers topped all previous records. Sýn is a popular sports station, the only one of its kind in Iceland, where, among other things, the viewer may watch live transmission of all the main sports events in the world. NFS is the first and only Icelandic news station where the NSF newsroom broadcasts news and news-related material unscrambled from morning till midnight on Digital Ísland. Sirkus is a television channel for young people, an entertainment centre that broadcasts as part of the unscrambled agenda of Digital Ísland. Stöð 2 Bíó is a movie channel that shows new and older films twenty-four hours a day. PoppTíví is a music channel, also part of the unscrambled agenda of Digital Ísland, which shows music videos day twenty-four hours a day. 365 also rebroadcasts the programs of a number of foreign television channels through its digital system.

The newspaper Fréttablaðið is distributed without charge, the first of its kind in Iceland when publication began in 2001. Today Fréttablaðið it the most widely distributed and most read newspaper in Iceland. Similarly Birta is the most widely distributed and most read magazine in Iceland, a weekly that is distributed free with Fréttablaðið on Fridays. DV is a weekend paper that comes out on Friday. Hér og nú and Sirkus Reykjavík are weeklies about people, events and culture that come out with DV but are also distributed separately. Veggfóður is a monthly about design and living.

365 operates five radio stations. Bylgjan is the oldest operating privately run radio station in Iceland. The station first broadcast in 1986 and is now the biggest of all the radio stations with, as attested by surveys, the largest listening audience. FM957, X-ið 97.7, Létt-Bylgjan and Radio Latibaer are music stations for different target groups. In addition, the company operates through bylgjan.is the web stations Gull-Bylgjan and Ný-Bylgjan.
